If you need to buy a new used car I recommend that you choose CarMax as your dealer. First, the CarMax website makes it easy to find just the car you want. Once you find your car, you can request that CarMax ship it to the CarMax dealership near you for free! When my wife and I went to buy our car the salesman was very helpful. I had requested a pick-up truck but on the ride to the dealership we decided that we should get a minivan. Our salesman did not mind showing us minivans and letting us test drive as many as we wanted. He insisted that we test-drive each vehicle on many different types of roads (residential, highway, etc) and ensured that we had as much information as possible about all of the different choices. There were also lots of minivans for us to choose from, all in great condition. We finally settled on a Town and Country. It is in great condition, drives well, and was several hundred dollars below bluebook value without any haggling. When we got the van home it had a slow leak in one of the tires. We took it back to the dealership and they replaced both rear tires for free. Our experience at Car Max was great. Thier service, selection, and price has earned them a customer for life.
